The commissions shown are base rates; the rate applied to each case can rise with age, the debtor's risk, a dispute, failed negotiations or human intervention, up to 30%. Every plan can be tried for 30 days: only the monthly price is free; the success fee, setup and, for Essentiel, 1% of the total of each invoice sent remain due. Without a subscription the workspace stays view-only. The payer also pays a 1.5% security fee, never deducted from your payout. The Mobile Money operator's withdrawal fees are deducted from what you receive.
