Debtor payment links & pages

The debtor gets a clear page with the amount owed and a button to pay by Mobile Money. Payment is confirmed automatically; Repaid keeps its success fee, then pays you the balance once the Repaid team has processed it.

A reminder email isn't a way to pay

Without a dedicated page, a debtor has to dig up bank details from an old email, guess the reference to use, and nobody knows if they actually paid until the transfer shows up.

A payment page per invoice

Every invoice gets its own secure public page. The debtor pays through our technical aggregator into Repaid's account; as soon as the aggregator confirms the payment, the invoice moves to recovered, the success fee is deducted and the balance is paid out to your Mobile Money or your bank account number.

Dedicated page per invoice
Amount and a pay button — clear, no bank details to dig up from an email.
Mobile Money
The debtor pays with Orange Money, MTN MoMo or another method our payment provider offers. They confirm on their phone.
Automatic confirmation
The technical aggregator's confirmation is what marks the invoice paid — not a declaration to check by hand.
Payout to Mobile Money or a bank account
Repaid keeps its success fee, then pays you the balance once the Repaid team has processed the payout. Repaid does not invest these funds.

Frequently asked questions

Does payment go through Repaid?
The debtor pays by Mobile Money through our payment provider. Repaid keeps its success fee, then pays you the balance on your Mobile Money or your bank account number or your bank account once the Repaid team has processed the payout. Repaid does not invest or use these funds. The payout is made manually.
What if a payout doesn't go through right away?
Every payout is recorded with its status. A pending payout is followed by the Repaid team, which tells you when it is sent; a failed payout is recorded with its error and retried by the Repaid team. The debtor's payment itself stays recorded.
What do I need to set up?
Only the Mobile Money number to receive your payouts on — no technical aggregator account is needed on your side.
