Payment plans

When a single payment isn't possible, Repaid offers a real payment plan — multiple installments, each with its own status, tracked through to full settlement.

"Pay it all at once" isn't always realistic

A debtor under cash-flow pressure may want to pay without being able to settle the full amount right away. Without a structured payment plan, this kind of case stays stuck indefinitely or ends without a clear agreement.

A real installment breakdown, not a verbal agreement

When your configuration allows it, the agent proposes a payment plan with total amount, number of installments, and an amount and date per installment. Each installment has its own status: scheduled, paid, or late.

Proposed in the chat
The agent negotiates and proposes the payment plan directly in the conversation with the debtor.
