B2B debt collection

Repaid is built for business-to-business collections: a client relationship worth preserving, professional negotiation, and payment by Mobile Money with the balance paid out to you once the Repaid team has processed it, fee kept.

B2B collections aren't consumer collections

A B2B debtor is a customer — sometimes a recurring one. An aggressive reminder or the wrong tone can cost more than the invoice itself. B2B collections need context, not just pressure.

A tone and strategy you configure

You define the agent's tone (professional, friendly, firm), the collection strategy (gentle, balanced, firm), and escalation rules. Repaid applies these rules to every exchange, never beyond them.

Full debtor profile
History, invoices, disputes, and relationship per debtor, no matter how many invoices are open.
Configurable tone
Professional, friendly, or firm — you choose how the agent addresses your customers.
Negotiation within defined limits
Grace period and maximum discount are configured by you; the agent can never exceed them.
Payout to your Mobile Money
Repaid keeps its success fee, then pays you the balance on your Mobile Money once the Repaid team has processed the payout. Repaid does not invest these funds.
01
Overdue invoice
An invoice passes its due date and enters the collection process.
02

The agent contacts the debtor with the tone and strategy you've configured.
03

04
Resolution
Invoice paid and relationship preserved, or case escalated to your team.
